Below is a list of forms for any necessary payroll changes. Click on the link to complete the desired form. If you prefer, the highlighted forms can be completed online by logging into your WebLink Portal > Employee Information > Personal Information. All forms should be submitted by the 10th of the month to Kathy Marvin at the Administrative Office or by email to kathymarvin@oneillschools.org.
